First you straighten then you strengthen!


I have been an athlete my whole life and after teaching Yoga and Pilates for years, in 2010, I became a Certified Personal Trainer. My focus is in having a balanced symmetrical strong body and I am certified as a Functional Personal Trainer. Functional Training uses natural movements such as squats, lunges, balance, crawling, pulling (bicep curls, lat pulls), pushing (push ups, triceps etc) and more!

Functional training uses natural movements that help you achieve your goals. I tailor your training to your goals and keep in mind your particular needs. I have decades of experience working with all age groups and all levels.

My Posture Alignment Therapy also aids in helping many clients overcome limitations from past injuries and brings a sense of ease back into their stride! We are meant to move, but if we train crooked we will break down. For example. if you walk in and you have one shoulder elevated I would give you movements to bring the shoulders back into balance before I hand you dumbbells to do bicep curls. If I didn't I would be reinforcing that shoulder imbalance and eventually something is going to give.
